Mirror Lake Racquet & Swim Club

1.  Court Scheduling and Reservations.

Please use the Court Reservation System to schedule all play.  Click the "Reserve a Court" button on the Tennis home page or on your computer, go to:  https://www.supersaas.com/schedule/Mirror_Lake/Tennis_Courts.  Click "Sign in" and follow the prompts.

2.  Guest Policy

Guests living within 50 miles of Mirror Lake can play twice per month and pay a $5.00 guest fee per visit.  The member hosting the guest is responsible for the guest fee and should pay the fees with the member's monthly remittance.  Other payment options are noted in #3 below.  A member may have the same guest 2 times a month at $5 per time.  The limit for each guest is 2 times a month.  The same guest may not be invited by other members and thus play more than the twice per month limit.  Guests must be accompanied by the host member, who is expected to be present and playing with the guest.  Guests living more than 50 miles from Mirror Lake are welcome to play twice per month without charge.  The limit for such visits is two times a month.  Such a visitor after these two times in a month may not play further.

3.  Member and Guest Sign-In Procedure

All members and guests must sign in at the Pro Shop before proceeding to their court.  We do not have a secure facility for managing cash payments, and we have provided the following options.  The Club now has Venmo and PayPal accounts available for guest fees.  The instructions and respective QR codes are located adjacent to the sign in sheets.  Alternatively, the member can authorize the guest fees to be charged to the member account at the time of sign in.   The last column on the Sign-In sheet should note the method of payment as either Venmo, PayPal or the name of the hosting member.   Member accounts will be billed with the monthly dues statement.  Our goal is to make hosting guests as easy and hassle free as we can while properly accounting for court usage.
